What should I do if there is an issue with the product?
Inspect the product immediately upon receipt to confirm it matches your order, is free from defects or damage, and includes all accessories. If you do not notify us of any issues via the Customer Service Hotline within 5 working days of delivery, the product will be deemed correctly delivered and in good condition.
Can I get a refund?
Under normal circumstances, we do not accept requests for product exchanges or order cancellations. Refunds are only accepted when replacement products are out of stock.
How long does a refund take?
After we review and approve your exchange or refund request, the corresponding amount will be refunded to your payment account within 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the payment method used. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
