Delivery Service
1. Service Hours
1.1 Orders will be processed within 5 working days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, upon successful payment.
1.2 Delivery service is available from Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
1.3 Deliveries will not be made when Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher is hoisted or when a Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect. In such cases, delivery of the ordered item(s) will be rescheduled.
2. Delivery Time
2.1 Actual delivery times may be affected by conditions such as traffic, location, weather, and other factors. The delivery person and the recipient will confirm the final delivery time.
2.2 If you have not received any delivery updates, your order is still being processed.
2.3 Delivery dates are provided based on our best estimation. CS Group Holding Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss, damage, costs, or expenses resulting from failure to deliver in accordance with the estimated delivery or shipment dates. If any ordered products are out of stock, the entire order may be delayed.
2.4 If there is a delay due to payment posting issues, the shipping date will be adjusted accordingly. Refer to the arrangements of SF Express and the notification SMS sent by SF Express for the actual shipping date.
3. Orders Delivered by SF Express to the Specified Delivery Address
3.1 Delivery Charges
For a single order with a total net value (after deducting coupon value) under HK$500, a delivery charge of HK$80 per order will apply. For a single order with a total net value (after deducting coupon value) of HK$500 or above, the delivery charge will be waived.
CS Group Holding Ltd. will provide relevant details and reach an agreement with the consumer before completing any order. Additional charges of HK$120 may apply for deliveries to Sai Kung, Shek O, Stanley, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, and Tai O.
3.2 Delivery Areas
CS Group Holding Ltd. will deliver only to the contact information and delivery address provided in the order.
Customers may request delivery within the scope provided by SF Express in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Delivery is not applicable to P.O. boxes or postal numbers.
The delivery service is limited to fixed addresses in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region accessible by land transportation, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, and Ma Wan.
Delivery service is not available to non-fixed addresses, airport borders, restricted areas, outlying islands, hotel restricted areas, logistics warehouses, transshipment warehouses, or locations requiring security passes, customs clearance, or P.O. Box addresses.
3.3 Re-Delivery Fees
If products fail to be delivered due to reasons related to the recipient (e.g., incorrect delivery address, P.O. Box address, delivery prevented by security personnel, or refusal to sign for delivery), and the products are returned to CS Group Holding Ltd., we may reschedule shipment upon payment of a HK$200 re-delivery and administration fee.
If delivery is not completed within 30 days due to recipient-related issues, the product will be considered abandoned, and no refund will be issued.
3.4 Waybill Tracking
For waybill tracking, use the tracking system provided by SF Express at Track & Trace (sf-express.com).
4. Orders Applicable to SF Express Pickup Network (SF Express Store)
4.1 If you choose to pick up your order at an SF Express store, select “S.F. Express Store Self Pickup” in the order address field and choose the appropriate SF Express store.
4.2 Provide a valid and correct mobile phone number in the order contact field to receive a notification SMS containing pickup information from SF Express.
4.3 Under normal circumstances, products will be shipped after the order is accepted. If there is a delay due to payment posting issues, the shipping date will be adjusted accordingly. Refer to the arrangements of SF Express and the notification SMS sent by SF Express for the actual shipping date. After the goods arrive at the SF Express store, CS Group Holding Ltd. is not responsible for SF Express’s arrangements or subsequent actions.
4.4 Customers must pick up the shipment at the SF Express store within 3 days of receiving the notification SMS from SF Express. Overdue shipments will be collected by SF Express. Contact the SF Express Customer Service Hotline (+852 27300273) to reschedule pickup.
4.5 If the customer does not pick up the goods within 5 working days after the goods arrive at the SF Express store, CS Group Holding Ltd. reserves the right to reclaim the goods. If rescheduled delivery is required, the customer is responsible for all resulting costs.
4.6 When picking up the package at the SF Express store, verify the recipient information before collecting the package.
4.7 For waybill tracking, use the tracking system provided by SF Express at Track & Trace (sf-express.com).
5. Invoice Verification
To protect customers’ interests, you may be required to present your invoice upon delivery or pickup. We reserve the right to refuse delivery or collection if the required documents are not presented.
6. Goods Inspection
Upon receipt of the goods, check that the ordered items are complete and confirm receipt by signing.
7. Delivery Completion
Delivery is deemed complete when the items are delivered to the address you provided.
8. Responsibility After Delivery
After delivery is complete, the merchandise is your responsibility.
9. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
10. Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute, CS Group Holding Ltd. reserves the right to make the final decision, which cannot be overturned.
