1. Products and Orders
1.1 By placing an order through the CS Official E-shop (“Website”), you accept and agree to be legally bound by the Terms of Use, Terms and Conditions of Sale, Privacy Notice, Cookie Notice, and any other terms and conditions published on the Website. If you do not agree to or accept any of these terms and conditions, do not use our online store services.
1.2 CS Group Holding Ltd. reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect orders submitted before the revised terms and conditions are posted on the Website.
1.3 Placing an order indicates acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the items for sale.
1.4 Items for sale on the Website are available for online purchase. Orders can be placed as a guest or by creating a user account. If you have an existing user account, you can log in with your username (email address) and password.
1.5 If your user account is set up with a personal username and password, you are solely responsible for all transactions conducted using those details. You must ensure that your password is secure and accessible only to you.
1.6 After selecting and adding the desired item(s) to the cart, you must review the order's contents, select the delivery and payment methods, recheck the order, and confirm it.
1.7 Once the order and payment are confirmed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided.
1.8 We sell exclusively to individuals and in quantities typical of retail trade. As a result, the number of orders for the same item and the quantities of items ordered may be limited.
1.9 We will notify you if the items are unavailable.
1.10 If a product becomes unavailable after order validation and payment, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund your payment within 2–4 weeks from the date of notification, subject to the payment method's policy.
1.11 The on-screen display of colors or designs of products may differ from the actual appearance or size of products offered on the Website.
2. Prices
2.1 Prices are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars. Although we strive to ensure accuracy at the time of publication, prices and information may change without prior notice. Shipping costs are excluded from these prices.
2.2 We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but the price you are billed will be the one in effect when your order is confirmed.
2.3 Despite our reasonable efforts, some products listed on the Website may be priced incorrectly. If CS Group Holding Ltd. discovers that a product is incorrectly priced, we will inform you, and you may choose to continue purchasing the item at the correct price or cancel the order. CS Group Holding Ltd. will not process the order until we receive your instructions. If we are unable to reach you using the contact information provided during order processing, the order will be deemed canceled, and you will be notified in writing. CS Group Holding Ltd. is not obligated to provide the product at the incorrect (lower) price if the pricing error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognized as a mistake.
3. Payment
3.1 Payment for purchases must be made online at the time of ordering.
3.2 You may pay for your products using the payment methods displayed on the payment page of the Website. By proceeding with payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of the designated payment service provider, if applicable.
4. Payment by Voucher
4.1 A voucher may be used to pay for all or part of your order. Vouchers are not divisible and may be combined with another form of payment.
4.2 If the total cost of the order is less than the voucher amount, the unused portion of the voucher will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
4.3 A voucher allows you to pay for your purchases or, if necessary, combine it with another form of payment.
5. Delivery Service
5.1 Service Hours
5.1.1 Orders will be processed within 5 working days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, upon successful payment.
5.1.2 Delivery service is available from Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
5.1.3 Deliveries will not be made when Typhoon Signal No. 8 is hoisted or when a Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect. In such cases, delivery of the ordered item(s) will be rescheduled.
5.2 Delivery Time
5.2.1 Actual delivery times may be affected by conditions such as traffic, location, weather, and other factors. The delivery person and recipient will confirm the final delivery time.
5.2.2 If you have not received delivery updates, your order is still being processed.
5.2.3 Delivery dates are provided based on our best estimation. CS Group Holding Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss, damage, costs, or expenses resulting from failure to deliver in accordance with the estimated delivery or shipment dates. If any ordered products are out of stock, the entire order may be delayed.
5.2.4 If there is a delay due to payment posting issues, the shipping date will be adjusted accordingly. Refer to the arrangement of SF Express and the notification SMS sent by SF Express for the actual shipping date.
5.3 Orders Delivered by SF Express to the Specified Delivery Address
5.3.1 Delivery Charges:
For a single order with a total net value (after deducting coupon value) under HK$500, a delivery charge of HK$80 per order will apply. For orders with a total net value of HK$500 or above, the delivery charge will be waived.
Additional charges of HK$120 may apply for deliveries to Sai Kung, Shek O, Stanley, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, and Tai O.
5.3.2 Delivery Areas:
CS Group Holding Ltd. will deliver only to the contact information and delivery address provided in the order.
Delivery is available within the scope provided by the CS Official E-shop in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, limited to fixed addresses accessible by land transportation, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, and Ma Wan.
Delivery service is not available to non-fixed addresses, airport borders, restricted areas, outlying islands, hotel restricted areas, logistics warehouses, transshipment warehouses, or locations requiring security passes, customs clearance, or P.O. Box addresses.
5.3.3 Re-Delivery Fees:
If products fail to be delivered due to reasons related to the recipient (e.g., incorrect delivery address, P.O. Box address, delivery prevented by security personnel, or refusal to sign for delivery), and the products are returned to CS Group Holding Ltd. , we may reschedule shipment upon payment of a HK$200 re-delivery and administration fee.
If delivery is not completed within 30 days due to recipient-related issues, the product will be considered abandoned, and no refund will be issued.
5.3.4 For waybill tracking, use the tracking system provided by SF Express at Track & Trace (sf-express.com).
5.4 Orders Applicable to SF Express Pickup Network (SF Express Store)
5.4.1 If you choose to pick up your order at an SF Express store, select “S.F. Express Store Self Pickup” in the order address field and choose the appropriate SF Express store.
5.4.2 Provide a valid and correct mobile phone number in the order contact field to receive a notification SMS containing pickup information from SF Express.
5.4.3 Under normal circumstances, products will be shipped after the order is accepted. If there is a delay due to payment posting issues, the shipping date will be adjusted accordingly. Refer to the arrangement of SF Express and the notification SMS sent by SF Express for the actual shipping date. After the goods arrive at the SF Express store, CS Group Holding Ltd. is not responsible for SF Express’s arrangements or subsequent actions.
5.4.4 Customers must pick up the shipment at the SF Express store within 3 days of receiving the notification SMS from SF Express. Overdue shipments will be collected by SF Express. Contact the SF Express Customer Service Hotline (+852 27300273) to reschedule pickup.
5.4.5 If the customer does not pick up the goods within 5 working days after the goods arrive at the SF Express store, CS Group Holding Ltd. reserves the right to reclaim the goods. If rescheduled delivery is required, the customer is responsible for all resulting costs.
5.4.6 When picking up the package at the SF Express store, verify the recipient information before collecting the package.
5.4.7 For waybill tracking, use the tracking system provided by SF Express at Track & Trace (sf-express.com).
5.5 To protect customers’ interests, you may be required to present your invoice upon delivery or pickup. We reserve the right to refuse delivery or collection if the required documents are not presented.
5.6 Upon receipt of the goods, check that the ordered items are complete and confirm receipt by signing.
5.7 Delivery is deemed complete when the items are delivered to the address you provided.
5.8 After delivery is complete, the merchandise is your responsibility.
5.9 We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
6. Cancellation
6.1 Orders cannot be canceled once payment is made and successful.
6.2 Cancellation requests may be denied at our sole discretion. In case of disagreements, our determination is final and conclusive.
6.3 Contact us via the customer hotline if you have any issues with your order.
7. Return, Refund, and Exchange
7.1 Under normal circumstances, we do not accept requests for product exchanges or order cancellations.
7.2 Examine the goods immediately upon receipt to verify that the delivered product matches your order, is free from deficiencies or damages, and includes all accessories. The product is deemed correctly delivered and accepted unless you notify CS Group Holding Ltd. via the customer hotline of any issues within 5 working days after delivery.
7.3 CS Group Holding Ltd. ,at its sole discretion, will determine if a product is eligible for exchange or refund. Generally, we will arrange for product exchanges. Returns and refunds will only be accepted if replacement products are unavailable.
7.4 To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the following conditions must be met; otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse:
You must provide sufficient evidence demonstrating that the product was defective prior to delivery and not subject to artificial damage.
CS Group Holding Ltd. confirms, upon review of the provided materials, that the product was defective before delivery through no fault of your own.
The product to be returned or exchanged must not be damaged, scratched, defaced, or show signs of water damage, unless such issues existed before delivery.
Original packaging, accessories, and in-pack printed materials must be returned with the product in good condition.
The product must not be registered online for warranty service or have undergone any repairs.
The model and quantity of the product(s) must match the order.
The invoice must be presented for verification.
7.5 All gift items must be returned with other returned products. Otherwise, the retail value of the gift item will be deducted from the refund.
7.6 You will not receive notification from us after a refund has been successfully transferred to your payment account. Verify the payment directly through your chosen payment method.
7.7 Refunds After Coupon Usage
Full Refund: For a full refund, the actual refund amount will be calculated by deducting the value of the coupon applied to the purchase. The refund will cover the remaining balance after this deduction.
Partial Refund: For a partial refund, the refund amount will be calculated on a pro-rata basis. The proportion of the coupon value relative to the total purchase amount will be determined, and this proportion will be applied to the value of the product(s) being refunded. The refund will be issued based on this adjusted amount.
8. Warranty
Unless otherwise stated, no warranty is provided for spare parts, accessories, or consumables for CS-branded domestic appliance products sold on the Website.
9. Data Protection
9.1 Registered users can view their order history by entering their Web Order Number to check the status and contents of their orders.
9.2 By placing an order, you agree and understand that we may store, process, and use the data collected from your order form to process your order. This data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, accessible via the “Privacy Policy” button in the footer of the Website. To access, modify, or opt out of receiving information from us, follow the procedures outlined in the Website’s Privacy Policy.
10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
