What areas are covered for delivery?
Our delivery service is limited to fixed addresses within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region accessible by land transport, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, and Ma Wan. It does not apply to non-fixed addresses, airport boundaries, restricted areas, or outlying islands.
What are the delivery charges?
For orders with a net total (after deducting coupon value) below HK$500, a delivery fee of HK$80 per order will be charged. Orders with a net total of HK$500 or more will enjoy free delivery. An additional charge of HK$120 may apply for deliveries to Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, and Ma Wan.
When will my order arrive?
Generally, we will process your order and arrange delivery within 5 working days after successful payment. Actual delivery times may be affected by traffic, location, weather, and other factors.
How can I check the delivery status?
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can check the delivery status using SF Express’s “Track & Trace” system (sf-express.com).
